The Little Missouri

We ate peanut butter sandwiches in this little shelter overlooking the Little Missouri in Theodore Roosevelt National Park, North Unit. The late afternoon light was beautiful, and you couldn’t ask for better weather. On the way through the park (we were nearly alone the whole time!) we continued to run into a lone bull buffalo roaming along the park roads like us.
