I’m headed to Jackson, Wyoming later this month for a short trip – if you’re a reader of this blog you know I can’t wait to get back out West and enjoy the mountains and forests again. Today’s photograph comes from Montana, on the way through Beartooth Highway towards Wyoming and Beartooth pass. I posted a huge panorama from the tip-top of Beartooth earlier, but provided no photograph of the eponymous rock formation. Here’s a panoramic image of Big Sky country with a bear’s tooth rising in the distance. The field in front of me was filled with sage, and man I can’t wait to smell that scent in the air once again!
Here’s a list of all the photographs posted on tWp from the American West.
